Our priority remains the safety of our patients, visitors, and community while maintaining essential hospital services.

Hospital Operations

The hospital will remain open and operational throughout the inclement weather period. Emergency services will continue to be available 24/7.

Entrance Access

Beginning Friday evening through Monday, the hospital’s main (front) entrance will be closed to the public. All patients and visitors should enter and exit through the Emergency Department entrance. Visitor access will continue in accordance with hospital visitation guidelines.

Outpatient Closures

All practices and outpatient facilities will be closed on Monday, February 2, including:

• Outpatient Diagnostics Center
• Outpatient Rehabilitation Center
• Carolina Pain Center
• Sampson Family Medicine
• Sampson Medical Group (Clinton, Newton Grove, Roseboro, Spivey’s Corner)
• Sampson Orthopedic Group
• Sampson Surgical Services
• Sampson Women’s Center

Patients with appointments scheduled during this closure will be contacted to reschedule.

Surgeries and Infusion Services

All elective surgeries scheduled for Monday will be rescheduled. Infusion therapy will continue as scheduled, and patients who arrive for infusion services will receive their treatment.

Parking and Safety

Hospital parking lots and walkways have been prepared for winter weather conditions. Please use caution when traveling to and from the hospital.

Updates will be shared as conditions change. Patients with questions about appointments or services are encouraged to contact their provider’s office or the hospital directly.
