Dr. Christopher Behringer is a United States citizen born in Saudi Arabia. He lived in Saudi Arabia for about nineteen years before moving to the US to attend undergrad in Orlando, Florida. He attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine--Bradenton campus, which is near Tampa,
Dr. Behringer has a special interest in lifestyle management and using the body's own healing mechanisms to achieve health in patients. He is trained in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (a form of manual therapy) and also spent a summer completing an acupuncture program in China. Dr. Behringer proudly
attributes his interest in lifestyle management to his own lifestyle change he made, losing sixty pounds through alternative treatment methods.
During his free time, Dr. Behringer likes to explore his interest in history and anthropology, play music (especially bass guitar, drums, and keyboard), read, learn new fitness routines, documentaries, practice Muay Thai kickboxing, and spend time with his cats.
