Class Description
Step, Creative and challenging step combinations designed to appeal to a wide range of fitness enthusiasts. High intensity.

X-Train, An intense cardio workout! Hi-lo aerobics, step, interval training, jump ropes, bands, and hand weights will give you an action-packed hour. A high intensity class.

Light-n-Lively5, A safe and effective low-impact exercise class - designed for those that are new to the fitness world. The perfect place to make a lifestyle change. A low intensity - Great for beginners and seniors!

POWER PLUNGE, A high energy and intensity with minimal impact. It’s in the water! A cardio workout safe for all fitness enthusiasts. Intensity determined by effort!

Young at Heart, Designed for those who want to feel young and stay fit. The focus is on creative movement. Come exercise your body, mind and soul. A low intensity class.

Strength/Tone, A Low intensity class designed to make you sweat AND strengthen those muscles. Slow, controlled, rhythmic movements which are done while toning with the weights, balls and bands. A low intensity class.

Fat Burner, A variety of formats - step, hi/lo, bands, balls - will be used to keep it fun. A moderate intensity class.

Yoga/Pilates (Strengthen, Stretch, and de-Stress), An invigorating class of stretches, breathing and postures designed to increase flexibility and strength. A definite “de-STRESS-er”! The focus is on proper breathing and Core Strengthening.

Begin Spin, Cadence, resistance, bike adjustments...you will learn it here. 30-minutes, for beginners or those who want to keep it at a lower intensity.

Spinning, A 45 minute, high energy but non-impact indoor bicycle ride. This class integrates music, camaraderie, and visualization. This intense physical workout calms and focuses the mind.

Warm Water Fitness, Soothe your soul while you work your body. Non-impact water class is taught in the therapy pool. Slow, rhythmic movements help improve strength, balance and range of motion. Low intensity , minimal impact water class.

Shag/LineDance, Dance, Dance, Dance! Come alone or with a partner, whether you are a beginner or an old pro, come on out and join the fun. A low intensity class.
