Our 30-bed Skilled Nursing Unit is located on the second floor of the main hospital. We are committed to improving the lives of our residents and their families throughout Sampson County and North Carolina. 

We strive to provide dignified and enriching services to maintain or improve the quality of life for all residents. Whether providing rehab services for our short-term residents or reminiscing life’s stories with our long-term residents, we are committed to excellence.

Your care plan team will help guide your care and provide services to meet your goals. While on our Skilled Nursing Unit, your care plan team will consist of:

Our skilled nursing unit is certified and accredited by The Joint Commission and Division of Health Service Regulations of North Carolina. We participate in annual and ongoing surveys to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
