As you may be aware, the Governor has issued all gyms, fitness centers, and health clubs close their doors effective Wednesday, March 25th at 5:00 pm. While this may close our physical location, we will continue to be the leader in our community for health and wellness. Please join us on our social media pages, website, email, and text messaging service to receive updates from our staff. Our goal is to keep you active and motivated during a time when our routines are so disrupted.
Our staff has worked diligently to prepare for our new challenge of delivering quality services and will be sharing some great ways to Rethink your Workout over the coming days.
For our group fitness members, we are working on ways to deliver your favorite workouts with our wonderful instructors, LIVE! As we get this option set-up we will send out private links inviting you to join in using your phone, tablet, computer, or smart tv. We appreciate our instructors stepping up to continue to offer this option to our members! These classes will be in addition to the on-demand classes offered by LesMills.
While we are continuing a portion of our services, we would like our members to know they will not be billed during this closure. It is important for us to keep you motivated during this time and we feel that all members should have access to these options at no charge. We will also issue a credit back to your membership account for the remainder of this month (March 26th-March 31st). This credit will be applied to your future billing.

At a time when there is so much uncertainty, we want you to know that we are here for you. Exercising can be a great stress reliever and immunity booster, but with so many questions and concerns of COVID-19, we want to make sure we are doing what is best for our diverse member population. For members who are concerned about COVID-19 exposure, we are offering a complimentary membership freeze. Starting today, March 19, 2020, we will waive our $10 monthly freeze fee for any freeze forms submitted on membership accounts. This freeze can be in place for as long as the threat of COVID-19 remains in our area. We encourage you to do what you feel is best for you at this time, whether that is exercising in our Center or taking this time off.
Our staff is being very diligent in monitoring the situation and heeding the advice of health officials.
In addition to these steps that were previously implemented, we are instituting some new policies as we navigate this virus.

Ever heard the term "You're so Extra?" Well now is the time when everyone can be that over the top, excessive, maybe even a little dramatic person when it comes to sanitizing. We want you to know our team is being 'Extra' when it comes to the health of our members, visitors, and staff. Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a rapidly spreading disease that displays symptoms such as cough, fever, and shortness of breath. With symptoms appearing 2-14 days after exposure, it is imperative that everyone becomes 'Extra' even when they feel healthy.
