| Member services is the first and last line of customer service in the facility. Will be responsible for, but not limited to, all front desk operations, scheduling, front desk sales, juice bar, pro shop and laundry. This position will assist the customer service coordinator with all front desk tasks. Will be expected to contribute to the goals and aims of the facility. This position must be willing to be cross-trained to perform all duties in the facility as needed. |
| High school graduate/GED. Must have experience with front desk duties, pro shop, juice bar and play center operations. Computer skills - Word, Excel, Access. | Responsible for conducting market research, analysis and planning based on the hospital's mission and strategic direction. Serves as the spokesperson for the Medical Center with regard to release of patient information and as a contact person for media in normal, as well as crisis, situations. Additional functions of the position include, planning and coordination of health fairs, exhibitions, groundbreaking and dedication events and receptions; development of interenal and external communication pieces that include newsletters, news releases for various media sources, brochures, news articles and special reports; coordination of speakers and volunteer resources for outreach activities, such as support groups, civic presentations and health screenings; function as liaison between the Medical Center, its various interest groups, and the community; and the recruitment, training and supervision of youth and adult volunteers. |
| Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field. One (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Ability to conduct market research/analysis and develop strategic marketing goals based on research and organizational goals and objectives. Organize and prioritize marketing and community relations projects. |
